1. Good understanding of RTM/Vacuum Bagging/Compression Moulding/Manufacturing of Radomes/Aircraft components.

2. Preference for candidates having exposure to dealing with TASL, HAL, Aequs,

    Kineco, Mahindra .

3. Good communication and presentation skills and a good team player .

4. Should have led a team of at least 10 Engineers & 20 Technicians.

5. Technical Expertise and people management skills are the most critical.

  • B Tech Mechanical/MBA

  • Develop and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to

potential clients

  • Meet with customers and engineers
  • Assess product needs and determine system requirements
  • Offer sales support
  • Confer with technical teams to understand client requirements
  • Secure and renew product orders, arrange delivery
  • Recommend product upgrades to customers
  • Explain to customers how improvements will reduce costs or increase production
  • Set up and measure KPIs
  • Regularly review sales process improvements
  • Assist in researching and developing new products
